Christmas Working Hours: Our last working day for delivery and installation is Friday the 20th of December. Delivery and installation services will resume on 6th of January. The office will be open as usual during the holiday period and will be taking orders as normal except for 25th and 26th of December and 1st of January.
‘The Customer’ is entitled to cancel the order at any point before delivery and a full refund will be issued.
Deposits on bespoke buildings are non-refundable after the point where the CAD drawing has been approved and signed.
In the event ‘The Customer’ is unhappy with the product and wishes to return it, our team will collect the product – provided the product is still in its original condition and ‘The Customer’ has notified us within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be issued minus a £70 collection fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the building has been assembled no refund or collection service will be provided.
